Steps to collect Debug Diag Crash Traces

1. Download and Install the DebugDiagx64 tool
2. After installation, open DebugDiag 2.0 Collection from All Programs.
3. Follow the steps below

Type BTSNTSvc.exe into the Selected Process box.

Save the path in the notepad to navigate later.

The end screen should look like below

4. Reproduce the process crash.
5. Go to DebugDiag and Deactivate Rule.

6.     Open the logs folder. The *.DMP file is the most important file.

You could now use this file to troubleshoot the issue
