We have approximately 300 servers, including 7 BizTalk servers and over 200 applications. We were using homegrown, ad hoc integration before BizTalk360.
The most positive would-be delegation of responsibility. We use a third-party operations optimization package which at times has problems. Now the team that supports those applications can stop and start the BizTalk applications serving that package without needing to contact us.
We selected BizTalk360 for improved monitoring and the ability to delegate administrative responsibility to targeted groups who did not need to be administrators.
We would say it is the alarms and monitoring, if only because they run constantly and automatically. So we receive an email report of conditions. and have auto-correction set up for certain things, which cuts down on administrative burden.
Our intention has been to leverage BizTalk as much as possible to not only justify the investment but to take advantage of its integration capabilities. BizTalk360 enhances that leverage. We also highly recommend the product, BizTalk360 to all the BizTalk Server users. Also, administrative delegation is the biggest reason we would recommend BizTalk360.
We would like to say that right from the installation to the first user experience. We had a very good experience with the BizTalk360 team. It added value to our day-to-day activities. Overall, the quality of BizTalk360 is too good to use, like product usage, purchase experience, pre-sale experience, and support assistance.
