Sivaram (aka) Hero as we call him – is our Support Engineer with quite a few certifications under his belt. He has been instrumental in handling the customer support area, writing support blogs about product features and maintaining all kind of statistical reports related to the product. His attention to details and quick to act reflexes enables him to wear multiple hats on any given day.
Outside office, Sivaram never runs short of activities. Always keeps himself occupied. He is an active member in multiple non-profit organizations, has an immense respect for the Indian Army. He always takes pride in saying that he has met (Late) Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam quite a few times. A gadget freak, takes plenty of selfies, loves to cook, loves to workout, loves photography and has a special love towards Mutton Biryani.
