A number of years ago, Microsoft IT team started using BizTalk360 to manage their BizTalk Environments. Our Client Relationship team was interested in learning how Microsoft uses the product and the benefits that has been achieved over the years.

This paper is a summary of an interview with Udaya Sankar Nuthikattu, who is a Service Engineer in Microsoft and is responsible for managing the BizTalk IT Team.
