The PWC environment is complex, consisting of four SQL Servers (2 clusters with 2 nodes each), 2 application servers, and a toolbox server. Before adopting BizTalk360, the team relied on the BizTalk Admin Console, which presented several challenges. PWC faced frustration due to the limited permissions system, the lack of automated tasks, and the need to use different systems for monitoring. The big “a-ha” moment came when the team realized that BizTalk360 could address all these gaps. Unlike the limited BizTalk Admin Console, BizTalk360 offers comprehensive features to manage and monitor the BizTalk Server Admin Console. The team particularly appreciates the Suspend/Resume messages and monitoring capabilities. One of the most positive experiences the team had with BizTalk360 is its ability to support the structure effectively. While only 1-2 people needed direct server access for deployments and troubleshooting, many app team members (20-30 people) were able to use BizTalk360 with permissions limited to specific applications, streamlining operations significantly.
BizTalk360 has been instrumental in helping the team achieve business goals by facilitating a clear separation between the server-owning team and the application teams. This separation has led to a significant boost in productivity, as each team can now focus on their specific responsibilities without overlap or confusion. The complete monitoring capabilities of BizTalk360 have been a standout feature, providing real-time insights and ensuring smooth operations.
