Nicholas and Company is a meal delivery company established in the United States of America that uses BizTalk Server for their operations. They serve high quality cuisine in the safest possible conditions.
In our company, it’s a straightforward environment. We had 1 server and 5 applications hosted in this environment. We were using SSIS before BizTalk360. However, we want to be notified when something goes wrong or when failed messages happen in environments which was quite important.
As previously said, we were searching for a monitoring solution that would alert us when something bad happen. As a result, BizTalk360 provides great monitoring and automated recovery and retry tools for enabling ports and message resubmissions. For improved scalability, we also intended to shift to a SaaS-based low-code iPaaS platform.
BizTalk360 was way too easy to kick start right from installation itself, once we added BizTalk360 to the equation, all the previous equation related to failed message and port being down was gone. We haven’t used any other monitoring tool as an alternative earlier, yet we find BizTalk360 to be very useful.
BizTalk360 is the best lightweight solution to monitor BizTalk environment without much of a learning curve.This feature is what we liked the most because it does the automated recovery and retry features for port enablement and message resubmissions were top priorities for us.
