For years, Kiwa Register relied entirely on the BizTalk Administration Console to manage their day-to-day operations. With no monitoring or automation layer in place, administrators spent significant time manually checking the platform, resolving issues, and cleaning suspended messages.

Proactive monitoring ensures the team is immediately notified when issues occur. Instead of logging into multiple servers or opening numerous RDP sessions, administrators now receive accurate alerts straight to their inbox.
These capabilities collectively helped the team stay ahead of issues and reduce repetitive administrative work.
BizTalk360 brought a noticeable reduction in the team’s day-to-day BizTalk workload. While formal metrics were not tracked, the difference was clear in time savings and improved system reliability.
