This policy applies to BizTalk360 On-Premise Product (all supported versions).
Vulnerabilities in operating systems ,BziTalk360 websites, or third-party software’s are out of scope.
2. How to report
Report potential security vulnerabilities or privacy issues to: support@biztalk360.com
Include the following information:
- Your contact information (e.g., name, phone number, and email)
- Product and version affected
- Steps to reproduce (clear, repeatable)
- Proof-of-concept (screenshots, HTTP requests, or minimal code)
- Results or impact
- Date/time discovered
If your report includes sensitive details, indicate this in the email, and we will provide a secure method to share them.
3. Response timeline
Upon receipt of a potential vulnerability submission, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 4 business days
- Work with the appropriate team to evaluate and validate the findings
- Contact you if additional information is required
- Take corrective action as needed
4. Disclosure coordination
Please avoid publishing exploit code or technical details that could put customers at risk until a fix or mitigation is available.
