  • Talent Acquisition Specialist (Exp 3-5 years)

    Location: Coimbatore, India (Open Position – 1)
    About the role

    Kovai Systems India Pvt Ltd is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organisation and help us grow our team.
    Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates, institutions to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
    Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline, help hire and retain skilled employees for our organisation.

    Responsibilities
    • Coordinate with CEO and leads to understand the organisation growth needs and assess the requirements
    • Write and post job descriptions
    • Source potential candidates based on required skill set, attitude and experience
    • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
    • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
    • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
    • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with professionals
    • Compose job offer letters and Onboard new hires
    • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
    • Conduct job and task analysis to document job duties and requirements
    • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
    Required Skills
    • Proven work experience as a in Talent Acquisition for software product companies
    • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
    • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
    • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media talent acquisition)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
    • Relevant degree in Human Resources Management

  • Sr. Software Engineer – Full Stack (Exp 3-5 years)

    Requirements
    • Write a clean well thought out design and code with an emphasis on quality, simplicity and maintainability

    • Contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and test case reviews
    • Responsible for understanding and adapting to new technologies, tools, methods, and processes from Microsoft and industry
    • Technology evaluation and recommendation for application architecture problems
    • Creation / evaluation and adoption of technology patterns and practices
    • Influence the team for right design and technology implementation & give future Architectural direction
    • Communicate effectively and partner well with other disciplines of the project team to deliver high-quality solutions, documentation and support to customers

    Skills (Must Have)
    • 3 to 5 years of Design/Development/Testing experience using large/complex application using various Microsoft technologies(C#, .NET, SQL Server, etc.)
    • API / back-end code in C#, ASP.Net, MVC, WebApi etc
    • Develop front-end applications in Javascript, Angular etc
    • Good experience on Requirement/Design/Code Review & Inspections practices
    • Knowledge on Microsoft Azure platform and services
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Experience in the broad range of Microsoft tools and technologies
    • Good understanding of enterprise scale technologies and developing large scale services

  • Digital Marketer (Exp 3-5 years)

    About the role

    We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.

    Responsibilities
    • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
    • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
    • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords etc. to increase company and brand awareness

  • Junior Customer Accounts Executive (Exp 0-1 years)

    About the role

    Kovai Systems India Pvt Ltd is looking for a Junior Customer Account Executive to work alongside with the sales team members.

    Responsibilities

    Primary roles and responsibilities include assisting the team with activities listed below but not limited to:

    • Execution of a sales order by raising invoice in the accounting system
    • Raising estimates to customers for annual support and subscription renewals
    • Liaising with customers either via email/telephone for any queries on the estimates/invoices
    • Updating the CRM system with customer updates and follow ups
    • Assisting the team in license keys generation and other enquiries
    • Managing the overdue invoices and making sure the accounts are up to date
    • Assisting the sales team in reaching the potential leads wherever possible
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools
    • As a part of customer on boarding process, client relationship sync’s up to be done
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    Required Skills
    • Must possess very good English communication skills (both in verbal and written)
    • Should be good in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Candidate should be self-motivated and responsible team-player
    • Candidate should be proactive
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

    Kovai Systems India Pvt Ltd is looking for 2019 fresh graduates for this role as we look forward to scale up our support activities for BizTalk360 & Serverless360. Candidates should be ready to work in shifts 06 am – 03 pm & 02 pm – 11 pm (IST). We are looking for people with interest and capabilities to provide Technical Product Support to our customers.

    Responsibilities
    • Attend to customer requests through tickets, email or chat queries within SLA
    • Provide resolution through email response, reference to documents or videos
    • Engage with customer through web meeting to troubleshoot issues and walkthrough to provide assistance
    • Coordinate with engineering team for complex issues, resolve and keep the customer updated in timely manner
    • Involve is QA activities of the product to gain knowledge about the product and the platform
    • Continuous learning about the product, technology and platform we work upon
    • Write technical documents about feature, support documents, blogs etc to exhibit knowledge and relevant materials that will improve product support activities
    • Keep the support documentation relevant by adding new documents, updating the exisiting ones with changes accordingly
    • Get involved in product demonstrations and Customer Relationship calls
    Required Skills

    • Fresh graduate with B.E. Computer Science, B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science, M.C.A
