Everyone is working on something important. Watch and learn, never judge! Be thoughtful, always deal in an honest, direct and transparent way. Never talk behind-the-scenes. We trust people by default – if they break it, it’s their problem and it won’t be long until they’re out.

We don’t compromise our standards, and we don’t take shortcuts. We see being great at something as a starting point, not an endpoint. We set ourselves goals we know we can’t reach yet, because at the end of the day, we know stretching a bit can get you further than what you’d have expected.
