Arun, as we call him, is our Technical Lead who is responsible for learning and developing new products and enhancing features for the existing products. Meanwhile, he also provides technical support and online demos for few most our customers. Arun comes with a solid 9 years of expertise and has been instrumental in shaping our products to what it is today. He heads up his team of technical masterminds who deal with the majority of maintenance tasks for BizTalk360 clients.
Arun takes credit for his all-round contribution to the team, from technical know-how to organizing and setting up the India operations. He has been working at our India office since the inception, when we opened our doors in December 2013. He is a great leader, loves to spend time with his family, interested in startups, employment generation, team building activities, professional networking and stays up-to-date in current affairs. He always understands the value of networking.
