Integration MVP
Saravana is a Microsoft Integration MVP since 2007. In the year 2013, he was also awarded "Integration MVP of the Year 2013" by Microsoft. After getting frustrated seeing customers struggling with same challenges again and again when it comes to BizTalk server administration and operations, in 2010 he started a pet project to address some of the challenges, which slowly turned out into full blown commercial product with a 30 member team spread between UK and India. Right now there are about 450 companies worldwide using BizTalk360 to streamline their BizTalk server operations and monitoring.
Escalation Engineer
Tulika is currently working as an Escalation Engineer with the Developer Incubation team, where she helps customers debug and enhance their Azure applications which uses technologies like Search, Batch, Service Fabric and Logic Apps. She has been helping customers with Logic Apps since its preview. She frequently works with the Microsoft Product team for fixing issues and channeling feedback into the product. She has been with Microsoft for 11 years.
Developer Support Escalation Engineer
Harikharan is working as Support Escalation Engineer with Azure App Services team in Microsoft. The core work includes helping customers to host and build solutions using various Azure App Service offerings like Web Apps, Mobile Apps and Logic Apps and their integration with the other Azure offerings. He is working with Microsoft for more than 5 years now.

Amit is currently working as an Escalation engineer with Azure PaaS Developer team where he helps customers consume and develop their applications against some of the Azure PaaS services like Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure Redis cache, Azure Traffic Manager, Azure CDN, Web/Worker roles etc.. He has been with Microsoft for around 8 years now and having more than 15 years of industrial experience working primarily on Web and Distributed technologies. Amit is a Microsoft Certified Professional for Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions and WCF.

Puneeth is currently working in the Escalation team with the Azure PaaS Developer team, where he helps customers consume and develop their applications against the Azure PaaS services like Web/Worker roles, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure Redis cache, Azure Traffic Manager, Azure CDN etc.. He has been with Microsoft for more than 5 years now and having more than 8 years of industrial experience working primarily on Web technologies. Puneeth is a Microsoft Certified Professional for Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions.

Arun has been working on Microsoft technologies for more than 10 years, focusing on Windows Azure and Integration platform. As a Microsoft Certified Professional and Trainer, Arun has conducted training for professionals and graduates and he is actively involved in organizing global and User Group events on Microsoft technologies.
In this session, Saravana Kumar will welcome the gathering and give a brief talk on what's in store at INTEGRATION DAY.
The session will cover some of the common workflow techniques used across the industry and how to automate the process using Logic Apps. Also, it will demonstrate the ways to create nested workflows. And, of course, there will be demos showcasing the seamless integration.
This session will cover the basic aspects of integration, the problem it solves in real-time, and how integration technologies have evolved over the last few years. The session will also dive deeper into how "Cloud" - the recent trend setter is influencing the integration space in the modern era.

In this session, we will look into how different Azure services, specifically Azure Service bus and API Management can be used to integrate enterprise grade application seamlessly. We will explain by taking an example of the application and show demos on different services that would be used in the integration.
The talk will start with a general overview of Azure Functions. We will move on to some of the common Integration Patterns and how Azure Functions fit into the scenarios.
