What kinds of problems did you have before you bought BizTalk360?
Apart from manual monitoring, we would not know if a problem occurred until after few days or until the customers called us. Both these situations have been embarrassing and in some cases catastrophic. There have been times where the spool grew so large that our services were affected for long periods. Since purchasing this product, we have been proactive rather than reactive.

What are your most favourite/significant features of BizTalk360 and how do they benefit you?
Actually most of them. I like the alerts and the useful reports it generates in particular. We are looking to have the Monitoring Dashboard on a large LCD screen in few months time as well. Additionally my specific requests have been added as features into the product, I can not be asking for more.

Are there any business/operational reasons for selecting BizTalk360?
Yes of-course, in healthcare terms it facilitates in good patient care and operationally it gives peace of mind.

Any feedback about our customer service?
Customer Service has been wonderful. Response to queries have been within couple of hours if not immediate. Overall its a wonderful product and at-least one member of my team likes BizTalk360 more than BizTalk !
